FOR Design Agent
1. We only accept orders of individuals 18 years and older.
2. The credit card has to be of the individual who signed up to place the order.
3. Some credit card companies hold an approving charge, which they release in a few days. Then they charge as they ship. They will not charge more than the total of the order.
4. Orders will only be placed with client's approval (texted or emailed to us) after estimate is approved.
5. Any returns have to follow company policy that the orders were placed with. The damage or reason of return had to be documented with photos.
6. Most orders cannot be adjusted or changed, especially custom orders.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any membership if we suspect unlawful behavior from our client.
